How to Order  
Once you have determined what you would like to order, we will send you an invoice.
 
  • Payment must be received prior to shipping of product or supply of licences. Payment by Direct deposit normally take 24 hours to process into our account.
  • Mail is processed at 1 pm each day. Orders received later than 1 pm will be processed the following day.
  • We suggest that you read the System Requirements for the Version of ACT! you are purchasing as there is only a 30 day refund policy available on boxed software purchases.
  • Any refund/s required for boxed software products must be returned at the expense of the purchaser and in the same condition that the product was sent. Refunds incur a minimum 10% restocking fee.
  • There are no refunds for download products or versions of ACT! other than the current version.
  • Purchase of software only does not include free technical support. See Support for details on how you can get support.
