ACT! Updates and Upgrades

The current version of ACT! is Version 2010/12

Updates are released by Sage during the life cycle of the Current Version.

Updates or in-line releases are at no cost (other than your internet usage charges).

Upgrades are Version changes (Version 11 to Version 12) and are chargeable. Premium users can minimise  the Upgrade cost by taking out Software Assurance.

ACT! 2009/11

The last Update was 11.1 and is available through the ACT! Help Menu or for download from the ACT! web site.

If you are not able to download the Update, then for a Postage and Handling fee, GCS can provide it to you on a CD. We can also assist you in installing the update.

Software Assurance

ACT! Softwaree Assurance is a great complement to your ACT! purchase. With Software Assurance, you will always be on the most recent version of ACT! for the lowest total cost of ownership. Software Assurance entitles you to receive upgrades of comparable products released within the term of your Software Assurance agreement. And, your overall purchase cost may decrease because ACT! Software Assurance carries points that count toward setting the order discount level.
